Her treatment approach is holistic in nature, drawing from her experiences in treating clients in their homes, her own healing journey, and her journey into motherhood. Healing is not limited to your physical body, but involves the whole person, as well as the settings in which a person can function.  Her “Art of Physical Therapy” focuses on sharing knowledge with clients to facilitate in healing themselves, and to reduce the likelihood of further issues in the future.  She trains clients with specifically targeted exercises for each person's condition, utilizing hands-on manual therapy to assist.  Home exercise programs and self-care training are key to her treatment approach, as most of the healing process takes place outside of the PT clinic. She enjoys developing relationships with her clients based on trust and clear communication. She is deeply compassionate and competent, working with her patients to identify and address their physical therapy needs, with the end-goal of independent self-management.

She spends her time away from the office with her family, and our community.
